Bottling
First, about 30 bottles need to be sanitized and placed on a drying rack. Then, each bottle can be placed on the bottling system.

After the filling has started, be sure to check each bottle to make sure there is about a finger width of space left in the neck of the bottle to leave room for the cork.
Here you can see the vacuum canister that keeps the air out of the bottles as they finish filling.
After filling is complete, the bottles are placed on a cart ready for the corking. Dip each cork in filtered water and place in the corking machine. Place each bottle neck into the device and press button on machine to put the cork in each bottle.

After the bottles are corked, place wrapper on top of the bottle and slide into the heater to seal the wrapper (shrink wrap basically).
A view of the bottles fully sealed and ready to be labeled.
The finished product, placed in a box ready to go home and enjoy!
