Filtering

First, the filtering pads need to be adjusted so everything is securely locked in and in the right place.

The wine goes from one carboy into the filtering system, then into a new carboy.

Here it is, completely filtered and in a new carboy.

Notice the filtering pad after it's been through the system - it's dark in color and you can feel the grit on the pad itself.
