Second Racking

Notice the sediment on the bottom of the carboy, this needs to be racked for a second time so it does not clog up the filtering machine.

Siphon the wine into a clean carboy, making sure not to get the bottom sediment into the second carboy.

After siphoning, notice the sediment from the first carboy that will be disposed of.
